About
Our School
Hayes Academy of Innovation is a nonprofit, Category IV homeschool umbrella and hybrid microschool serving K–8 homeschool families.
We provide legal homeschool coverage, academic guidance, and optional in-person learning days that blend structure with flexibility—without requiring full-time enrollment.
Our hybrid microschool model supports personalized learning, small-group instruction, and enrichment while preserving the independence and freedom families value in homeschooling.

Principal’s Welcome
Welcome to Hayes Academy of Innovation.
I created this school to support families who want meaningful learning without sacrificing flexibility, curiosity, or independence. As a licensed educator and educational diagnostician, I believe students thrive when instruction is personalized, relationships are strong, and learning feels purposeful—not rushed or boxed in.
Our hybrid microschool and homeschool umbrella model allows families to choose the level of structure that works best for them while ensuring students receive academic guidance, enrichment, and community.
We are honored to walk alongside families in their homeschool journey.

Mission
The mission of Hayes Academy of Innovation is to support homeschool families through a flexible, high-quality hybrid microschool model rooted in structure, creativity, and student-centered learning.
We exist to provide legal homeschool coverage, academic guidance, and optional in-person learning experiences that foster confidence, curiosity, and growth—while honoring each family’s educational values and independence.
