Category IV Enrollment & Oversight

Program Overview

Hayes Academy of Innovation offers a Category IV Homeschool Umbrella Program for families seeking legal homeschool enrollment and oversight in the state of Tennessee.

This program provides the structure and documentation required for homeschooling while allowing families to maintain flexibility in their child’s education.

Annual Fee

  • $299 per student, per year

  • Fee is not prorated

  • Covers enrollment for the full academic year

What the Umbrella Program Includes

  • Official homeschool enrollment

  • Attendance record guidance

  • Required documentation support

  • Academic record maintenance

What the Umbrella Program Does Not Include

The Umbrella Program is separate from academic courses.

It does not include:

  • Instruction or teaching

  • Curriculum

  • Academic classes or tutoring

Families may choose to enroll in courses separately, but it is not required.

Enrollment in the Umbrella Program does not include academic courses. Courses are offered separately through Hayes Academy of Innovation.
