HOW TO ENROLL
Enrollment | 2026–2027 School Year
Thank you for your interest in Dr. Hayes Educates Academy of Innovation. We are a small, relationship-based K–8 hybrid microschool intentionally designed for personalized learning, academic support, and whole-child growth.
Because of our intentionally small cohort model, enrollment is limited and selective. We strive to ensure that each student is placed in an environment where they can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
ENROLLMENT PROCESS
-
Submit an Admissions Inquiry Form
Families begin by completing the online inquiry and admissions form. -
Schedule a Parent Information Meeting
Parents will meet with Dr. Hayes to discuss the student’s educational background, learning profile, academic needs, and goals. -
Student Records & Academic Review
Families may be asked to provide previous report cards, assessments, evaluations, IEP/504 documentation, or other academic records to help determine placement and support needs. -
Student Meet & Greet (If Requested)
Some students may be invited to participate in a brief student visit, conversation, or academic observation prior to enrollment. -
Admissions Decision
Families will receive an admissions decision based on overall program fit, support needs, and available cohort space. -
Enrollment & Registration
Accepted families will complete enrollment paperwork, tuition agreements, and registration requirements to secure placement. -
Family Orientation
All enrolled families will participate in orientation prior to the start of the school year.
