Dr. Hayes Educates Academy of Innovation is a non-denominational Category IV hybrid homeschool academy serving K–8 students through a two-day in-person learning model combined with guided at-home learning support.
The Academy was created for families seeking a more personalized, literacy-focused, and relationship-centered educational experience during the critical early elementary years.

HOW DOES THE HYBRID MODEL WORK?
Students attend in-person learning sessions two days per week within a structured small-group learning environment.

MEET LEAD EDUCATOR
Dr. Hayes Educates Academy of Innovation was founded by Dr. Alisha Hayes, an experienced educator, Reading Specialist, Educational Diagnostician, curriculum specialist, and instructional leader with over 20 years of experience in education.
Dr. Hayes created DHEAI to provide students and families with a more personalized, relationship-based educational experience that blends academic rigor, creativity, flexibility, and whole-child support.
