Dr. Alisha Hayes

I built Dr. Hayes Educates because I knew kids needed more than what traditional systems were giving them — and honestly, I needed more too.

As a teacher, reading specialist, curriculum writer, diagnostician, and mom., I’ve sat on every side of the table: the one delivering instruction, the one designing the plan, and the one advocating for a child who’s being misunderstood.

I’ve seen what happens when brilliant, creative, curious kids are boxed in or passed over. I’ve also seen what’s possible when a child is truly seen — not just for their challenges, but for their strengths, their spark, and their potential.

That’s what we do here.
