Founder's Welcome from
Dr. Alisha Hayes
Welcome to Dr. Hayes Educates & The Academy of Innovation — a place where personalized learning, creativity, and community come together.
As an educator, diagnostician, and curriculum expert with over 20 years of experience, I created this space to offer children and families what I wish existed when I began teaching: a flexible, research-based environment where students are truly seen, supported, and celebrated.
Every learner has a unique path to success. Whether your child joins us for one-on-one tutoring, academic enrichment, or our course-based academy, we are committed to nurturing their strengths and helping them grow with confidence and joy.
Warmly,
Dr. Alisha A. Hayes
