K-12 HOMESCHOOL
UMBRELLA PROGRAM
Hayes Academy of Innovation provides legal Category IV private school enrollment for Tennessee homeschool families seeking structure, accountability, and professional support—without giving up flexibility.
Families enrolled under the HAI umbrella receive required attendance documentation, academic recordkeeping, and compliance reporting in alignment with Tennessee law. This option supports families who homeschool independently while offering the stability and credibility of a recognized private school.
Umbrella enrollment allows families to access academic classes, enrichment opportunities, assessments, and support services as needed. Participation in classes is optional and customizable, allowing each family to determine the level of involvement that best fits their educational goals.

PRE-K LEARNING LAB PROGRAM
AGES 3-5 YEARS OLD
The Pre-K program at Hayes Academy of Innovation supports young homeschool learners as they build early school readiness skills through play-based, structured learning.
This program focuses on early literacy, foundational math concepts, language development, and social growth in a calm, nurturing small-group environment. Learning is guided through routines, movement, hands-on activities, and exploration—without pressure, worksheets, or rigid academic expectations.
Pre-K sessions are ideal for families seeking intentional early learning support while maintaining the flexibility of homeschooling.
Key focus areas include:
• Early literacy and phonological awareness
• Language development and communication
• Foundational math through play and manipulatives
• Fine motor skills and sensory exploration
• Social skills, routines, and confidence-building
Families enroll by session or short rotation. Class sizes are intentionally small, and nonprofit-supported pricing helps keep early learning accessible to homeschool families.

K-8 ENRICHMENT CLASSES
Enrichment Classes at Hayes Academy of Innovation offer hands-on, interest-driven learning experiences designed to strengthen creativity, problem-solving, and real-world application.
Our enrichment offerings are organized into 6-week instructional rotations and include STEM Lab, Sewing Studio, and Culinary Baking Sciences. Each class is intentionally structured and skill-focused—students build knowledge progressively while completing meaningful, project-based work.
Enrichment classes are not drop-in activities. Learners are guided through hands-on projects that promote independence, collaboration, and thoughtful creation in a supportive, small-group setting.
Families enroll by class and session, with no requirement for full-day attendance or ongoing academic enrollment. These enrichment experiences are designed to complement academic learning while honoring each child’s interests, creativity, and strengths.

K-8 INDIVIDUAL ACADEMIC SUPPORT SESSIONS
Individual Academic Support provides one-on-one instruction for homeschool students who need targeted help in reading, math, or foundational academic skills.
Sessions are scheduled by appointment and tailored to the student’s specific needs. Instruction is informed by observation, skill analysis, and professional judgment, with a focus on strengthening strategies, addressing gaps, and building learner confidence.
This option is ideal for students who need focused academic support without enrolling in group classes.

K-8 ACADEMIC
SNAPSHOT SESSIONS
Academic Snapshot Sessions offer a brief, focused look at a child’s current academic skills without the commitment of full testing or ongoing tutoring.
Each session includes a 45-minute, one-on-one review in Reading or Math, informal skill checks, educator observation, and clear parent feedback with practical next-step guidance.
Snapshots are diagnostic-informed, but not full evaluations. They are ideal for families who want clarity on progress, placement, or next steps before enrolling in classes or support services.

K-12 FAMILY ACADEMIC SUPPORT SESSIONS
Family Academic Support Sessions are designed for homeschool families educating multiple children and seeking guidance, structure, and instructional clarity.
During each session, siblings work together in a shared learning block while parents receive real-time modeling, strategies, and tools that can be applied across grade levels and subjects. These sessions support parents as the primary educators while offering professional insight and structure.
This option is especially helpful for families navigating mixed ages, varied learning needs, or curriculum implementation and is designed to strengthen the homeschool experience—not replace it.
