Empowering Families Through Education, Literacy, Community, and Lifelong Learning

At Dr. Hayes Educates Inc., we believe strong communities begin with supported families, empowered parents, confident learners, and accessible educational opportunities.

Our Community Programs division was created to provide meaningful educational, literacy, workforce, and family-centered support services designed to strengthen individuals and families across the lifespan. Through workshops, literacy initiatives, enrichment opportunities, support services, and community partnerships, we strive to remove barriers to learning while creating pathways toward confidence, stability, opportunity, and long-term success.

As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, our mission is rooted in the belief that education should be accessible, empowering, relationship-driven, and responsive to the real-life needs of the communities we serve.

Whether supporting adult learners building literacy skills, caregivers navigating educational challenges, families seeking community connection, or students participating in enrichment opportunities, our programs are designed to meet people where they are with dignity, encouragement, and practical support.
