Hi, I'm Dr. Alisha Hayes, and I'm so glad you're here.

For more than 20 years, I've dedicated my career to helping children, families, educators, and communities discover what's possible through personalized education. My passion has always been helping learners feel seen, understood, and capable—not simply helping them earn better grades.

What began in the classroom has grown into a lifelong mission to create educational experiences that build confidence, inspire curiosity, and empower every learner to reach their full potential.

Continuing Professional Learning

I believe great educators never stop learning. I actively pursue ongoing graduate study, specialized training, and professional development to ensure the students, families, educators, and communities I serve benefit from current, evidence-based educational practices.

My continuing professional learning includes educational assessment, literacy and language development, mathematics intervention, executive functioning, curriculum design, instructional leadership, neurodiversity-affirming practices, and research-based strategies that support diverse learners across the lifespan.

Beyond the Learning Center & Academy

When I'm not working with students, you'll usually find me spending time with my husband and daughter, experimenting with new baking recipes, creating custom gifts and apparel, or dreaming up new ideas to make learning more engaging for children.

At the heart of everything I do is a love for learning, creativity, and serving others. I consider it an honor to walk alongside families during some of their most important educational decisions, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to help students discover just how capable they truly are.
