Families enrolled in our 2-Day Hybrid Microschool continue structured, asynchronous learning at home on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. These days are intentionally designed to:

All lessons are designed by credentialed DHEAI educators and delivered through Seesaw, our K–5 learning platform.
Online Learning
Weekly Learning Includes:
Core Academics-Reading, writing, and math assignments aligned with in-class instruction
Hands-On Exploration-Inquiry-based science, social studies, and SEL activities — such as home experiments, journaling, and creative prompts
Instructional Support-Clear written directions with pre-recorded mini-lessons, video modeling, or audio guidance to support independence
Weekly Checkpoints-Assignments that help monitor understanding, reinforce key concepts, and provide space for feedback
Family Enrichment-Optional projects such as nature observations, community learning walks, Genius Hour, or baking with measurements
🔔 All assignments are released every Monday morning and are due before the following Monday.
No live lessons. All instructional content, grading, and progress monitoring are fully managed by DHEAI educators.

Seesaw is the digital hub for all asynchronous learning at DHEAI. It’s designed with elementary learners in mind and offers intuitive tools to engage students, inform families, and simplify instruction.

Activities are self-paced and designed to fit within a family’s routine — all while keeping students engaged and on track.
