Cancellation Policy

The Academic Snapshot is a required part of the enrollment process for all prospective Hybrid Academy students. This assessment provides valuable information about your child's current academic skills, learning strengths, and instructional needs to establish baseline academic information and assist with individualized instructional planning. The $199 Academic Snapshot fee is non-refundable once the appointment has been scheduled. Following the assessment, parents will receive: A verbal overview of the findings General recommendations and observations An opportunity to ask questions during the review meeting The Academic Snapshot is an enrollment assessment, not a comprehensive psychoeducational evaluation or diagnostic assessment. A written evaluation report is not included with this service. Families who choose not to enroll after the Academic Snapshot will still receive a verbal summary of the findings; however, the assessment fee remains non-refundable, as it covers the professional time required to administer, score, interpret, and review the assessment. The Academic Snapshot is a required enrollment assessment used to establish baseline academic information and assist with instructional planning for enrolled students. Completion of the Academic Snapshot does not guarantee enrollment. Final enrollment is contingent upon completion of all enrollment requirements and approval by Dr. Hayes Educates Learning Center & Academy of Innovation.
