Dr. Hayes Educates Academy of Innovation is proud to serve as an approved Tennessee Individualized Education Account (IEA) provider, offering personalized educational programs for eligible students with disabilities. Our IEA Pathway combines individualized instruction, meaningful learning experiences, and ongoing academic support to help students thrive in an environment designed around their unique learning needs.

Eligible families may enroll through one of two IEA Pathways based on their student's age and educational goals.

K–5 Homeschool Tutorial | IEA Pathway

Students attend our immersive K–5 Homeschool Tutorial on Mondays and Wednesdays while receiving the additional instructional support, documentation, accommodations, and progress monitoring required through the Tennessee IEA Program.

Families continue learning at home while partnering with DHEAI to ensure students receive individualized support aligned with their educational goals.

Includes:

  • Two on-campus learning days

  • Weekly Home Learning Guides

  • Individualized educational support

  • Progress monitoring

  • Parent communication

  • Accommodations and instructional supports

  • Required IEA documentation

6th–12th Grade Homeschool Courses | IEA Pathway

Middle and high school students participate in our Tuesday Immersive Courses while receiving additional home learning support, online coursework, progress monitoring, and documentation required through the IEA Program.

Students may enroll in one course, two courses, or the full Immersive Course Academy based on their individualized educational plan.

Includes:

  • Tuesday on-campus instruction

  • Guided home learning

  • Online assignments and coursework

  • Progress monitoring

  • Parent conferences

  • Required IEA documentation

  • Individualized accommodations and support

Who is eligible for the IEA Program?

The Tennessee IEA Program is available to students who meet the state's eligibility requirements. Families are responsible for maintaining eligibility through the Tennessee Department of Education.

Do I choose the K–5 Tutorial or the 6–12 Courses?

Students enroll in the pathway that corresponds with their grade level and educational needs.

What additional services are included in the IEA Pathway?

The IEA Pathway includes the additional instructional support, progress monitoring, parent communication, documentation, and educational services required for participating IEA students.

Is enrollment limited?

Yes. Enrollment is limited based on available program capacity.

Home pre-school education

Tuition & Enrollment

Our Tennessee IEA Pathway is available for eligible students in grades K–12 through one of our two Academy pathways. Whether students enroll in our K–5 Homeschool Tutorial or our 6–12 Homeschool Courses, every IEA student receives individualized educational support, ongoing progress monitoring, home learning, documentation, and parent partnership designed to meet Tennessee IEA requirements.

Students enroll in the Academy program that best fits their grade level:

  • K–5 Homeschool Tutorial | IEA Pathway

  • 6th–12th Grade Homeschool Courses | IEA Pathway

Tuition Includes

  • Individualized educational programming

Academic Snapshot

$199

Every new student completes an Academic Snapshot to establish a baseline of academic performance, identify learning needs, and support individualized instructional planning.

Limited Enrollment

Enrollment in our Tennessee IEA Pathway is limited and available only to students who meet Tennessee IEA eligibility requirements. A family consultation is required before enrollment to ensure our program is the best fit for your student's educational needs.
