Meet Dr. Alisha Hayes

I'm Dr. Alisha Hayes, and I'm so glad you're here.

Thank you for taking the time to learn more about Dr. Hayes Educates Academy of Innovation. As an Educational Diagnostician, Reading Specialist, and educator with over two decades of experience, I've dedicated my career to helping students of all abilities discover their strengths, overcome challenges, and develop a lifelong love of learning.

I founded DHEAI with one simple mission: to create innovative educational pathways where every child is known, every family feels supported, and learning is personalized to meet each student's unique needs. Whether you're exploring our K–8 Hybrid Homeschool Learning Community, Tennessee IEA Program, or Tennessee Homeschool Umbrella, I hope you'll find a place where your family feels encouraged, valued, and at home.
