In-Person Learning (K–8)

Hayes Academy of Innovation offers in-person, small-group learning for students in Kindergarten through 8th grade. Our program is designed for homeschool families seeking structured academics, social connection, and expert instruction—without the pressure of a traditional school environment.
Students learn through hands-on instruction, guided practice, movement, discussion, and real-world application. Instruction is personalized, developmentally appropriate, and responsive to each child’s learning profile.
All learning takes place on-site in a calm, structured, and intentionally designed learning space.
Small-Group Academic Programs

Our programs are built around small-group instruction rather than grade-level classrooms. This allows students to receive targeted support, meaningful peer interaction, and instruction aligned to how they actually learn—not just their age or grade on paper.
Groupings are intentionally flexible and adjusted based on academic needs, development, and learning pace.
Pre-K Lab (Ages 3 –5)

Our Pre-K Lab supports young learners as they build early school readiness skills through play-based, structured learning. This program focuses on early literacy, foundational math concepts, language development, fine motor skills, and social growth.
Pre-K sessions are intentionally designed to be calm, predictable, and engaging. Learning is guided through routines, movement, hands-on activities, and exploration—without pressure, worksheets, or rigid academic expectations.
Pre-K students transition out before older students arrive, allowing for a smooth and developmentally appropriate flow to the day.
