ACCELERATED SCHOLARS
ADVANCE LEARNERS PROGRAM

What is the Accelerated Scholars Gifted Program?
The Accelerated Scholars Program at Dr. Hayes Educates and Hayes Innovation Academy is a comprehensive, year-long enrichment track for advanced learners in grades K–8. This program is designed for students who need more than grade-level work — it’s built for those who crave challenge, depth, and opportunities to stretch their thinking.
Rooted in research-based gifted education models and supported by the HAYES Method™, the program balances literacy, advanced math, STEM, executive functioning, and real-world problem-solving.
Whether your child is gifted, twice-exceptional, or simply needs enrichment beyond their classroom, the Accelerated Scholars Program nurtures their potential while building confidence, leadership, and creativity.

What is Executive Functioning & ADHD Coaching ?
Overview
Executive Functioning & ADHD Coaching provides structured, skills-based support for students and adults who struggle with organization, attention, planning, time management, task initiation, and follow-through. These services are designed for individuals with ADHD, suspected ADHD, executive functioning challenges, or learning differences that impact academic or daily performance.
Coaching focuses on teaching practical strategies to strengthen core executive functioning skills, including organization systems, planning and prioritization, working memory supports, time awareness, self-monitoring, and emotional regulation related to learning demands. Support is individualized and developmentally appropriate, with strategies tailored to each learner’s academic, home, or work environment.
Sessions are goal-oriented and skill-focused, helping learners build independence, accountability, and confidence over time. Coaching may include academic planning, workload management, study strategies, and routines that support sustained success across settings.
Executive Functioning & ADHD Coaching is educational and skill-based and does not include diagnosis or clinical therapy.
Families or adults seeking formal ADHD evaluations, diagnostic services, or therapeutic treatment should visit our Educational Evaluations page or consult a licensed medical provider.
Coaching services are available for children, teens, and adults and may be provided independently or in coordination with tutoring or learning services.
