WORK FORCE READINESS
at DR. HAYES EDUCATES INC.

Building Skills, Confidence, and Pathways Toward Economic Stability

WORKFORCE READINESS

The Workforce Readiness programs through Dr. Hayes Educates Inc. are designed to support adults and older students in developing the practical, academic, organizational, communication, and executive functioning skills needed for long-term personal, educational, and career success.

We understand that barriers to employment and stability can be connected to literacy challenges, executive functioning difficulties, educational gaps, limited technology experience, lack of confidence, and limited access to supportive learning environments. Our programs are designed to provide encouragement, practical support, and real-world learning opportunities that help individuals move forward with confidence and purpose.

Through relationship-driven instruction and community-centered support, we strive to help participants strengthen foundational skills while building pathways toward greater independence, opportunity, and economic mobility.
