All cooking is guided and supervised
A 3-day, half-day cooking class where students prepare real meals while building essential reading and math skills through hands-on learning.
Students don’t just follow recipes—they learn how to read directions, measure ingredients, and understand how food comes together as they cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner-style meals.
Each day focuses on a different part of cooking:
Day 1: Breakfast – eggs and French toast
Day 2: Lunch – personal pizza
Day 3: Dinner – sliders, roasted potatoes, and homemade bread
All recipes are guided and modeled, so no prior experience or reading level is required. Students are supported at their level and actively engaged the entire time.
